How We Work
Every order follows a clear, structured process from first conversation to final shipment. No guessing, no surprises.
- Inquiry & Consultation. You share your requirements: product type, design references, fabrics, quantities, and timeline. We review everything and confirm what we can deliver.
- Sampling & Development. We develop your samples in-house, including pattern making, fabric selection, and any printing or branding. Standard samples are typically ready within 3 days.
- Approval & Production Planning. Once you approve the sample, we lock in materials, confirm the production schedule, and begin manufacturing. No production starts without your sign-off.
- Bulk Manufacturing. Your order moves through cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing with four-stage quality checks throughout production. Bulk production is typically completed within 10 days of approval.
- Quality Control & Export. Final inspection on measurements, stitching, print alignment, and packaging. We then handle export documentation and ship to you.
