The Punching bag Factory has its own cut and sew department where we make blank t-shirts that can be fully customized to your personalized requirements.
Our blanks are of premium quality and are used by t-shirt printers all over the world. We have a daily t-shirt production capacity of 2000 plain shirts. In our t-shirt warehouse here in Thailand we have a full stock of plain t-shirts in all kinds of fits, sizes and models ready to be shipped.
We manufacturing custom t-shirts in any style, model or shape
Besides the basic t-shirts which we manufacture we have many more t-shirt models available, one of our bestsellers are the crop top t-shirts and the long t-shirts which both are quite fashionable.
The Punching Bag factory produces hooded t-shirts for fitness and activewear. We manufacture the hooded shirts in cotton and in polyester (Dri-tech fabric). All Hooded shirts and basic t-shirts can be ordered with pockets. T-shirts with pockets are available with open or closed pockets.
Long sleeve t-shirts can be ordered on request. Any custom t-shirt model in or production can be manufactured with full or long sleeves.

We specialize in the manufacturing and printing of t-shirts for women and men. All shirt designs are available in any style and size, with a choice of short or long sleeve shirts. Any special requirements, such as oversized sizes or different styles of men’s and women’s shirts can be manufactured upon request.

Cotton and polyester t-shirts available in premium quality
The punching bag Factory can manufacture your custom t-shirts in any kind - or blend of - cotton or polyester. For our standard cotton t-shirts, we use premium extra soft cotton (comb 32, 160grams).
For creating our polyester shirts, we use high-quality polyester microfiber. Our Dry-fit shirts are made according to our own fabric specifications (Dri-tech).
We buy our cotton and polyester fabrics straight from the biggest mills in Thailand and China, which allows us to offer all our customers any type of fabric for the lowest price at the best quality.
Fit and custom patterns
We offer our customers a choice of 3 standard adult t-shirt fits. For womens and mens shirts you have a choice of regular fit, loose fit or slim fit. Kids t-shirts are normally only manufactured in a regular fit.
If, however, you require the creation of custom-fitted t-shirts according to your specifications, we offer our pattern creation service. We have been making professional custom t-shirt patterns for more than 15 years and we use professional software for the grading. Custom patterns or fits, however, are only feasible on orders of 350 units or more.

T-shirt labels and tags
Besides the production and printing of t-shirts, we offer all kinds of apparel finishing. We produce many kinds of custom t-shirt labels such as woven labels, patches, embroidered labels and custom neck tape.
For neck tags we use woven labels, screen print or heat press labels, depending on your requirements.
Packaging and shipping
Every t-shirt shipped from the Punching Bag Factory is ironed and packaged individually before shipping. In our efforts to reduce our carbon footprint, we only use recycled plastic poly bags, with cardboard inserts.
