WHAT SIZE OF PUNCHING BAG DO I NEED?
If you are an adult and want to use the punching bag for both kicking and punching, you should need a bag from at least 59”/150cm.Kids up to 12 years old should use 27,5” /70cm up to 39,5"/100cm punching bags.
Punching bags of 47"/120cm are commonly used by adults for punch training only.
